Jean Max Jose
CEO - Co-Founder
Jean Max Jose has been involved in the biomedical and health-tech field since 1995 specializing in biomedical equipment repair and techniques. Throughout his career, he has trained and designed training programs for countless biomedical technicians, supervised and evaluated the performance of technical staff, and assured the proper operation of several facilities in compliance with the state and federal regulations.
His experience ranges from overseeing acute dialysis departments within hospitals to overseeing over 20 dialysis units in the long island, New York city area. Jean-Max has been instrumental to the operations and emergency preparedness of several medical facilities.
He holds a Master's in Health Law and Policy from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, as well as an accreditation commission for Health Care Consultant from ACHC. He is an affiliate member of the IOC (Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate)
Regine Jose
CFO - Co-Founder

She is a member of ASBO New York and is a licensed notary public with an MBA from SUNY Empire College, New York.
Regine Jose has been involved in the administrative operations within the public sector for over 25 years. Ranging from human resources work within the United Nations and US Embassy to administrative office work within long island school districts. Her expertise is not only rooted in human resources management but also in supervising financial activities and operations within an organization. Kencie Raphael
Clinical Coordinator
Kencie Rapheal has over 20 years of experience offering comprehensive patient care in all areas of the healthcare field. Her medical experience is vast, and it includes providing emergency care, pre- and post-operative nursing care and administering treatment to patients in 7 hospitals and medical care facilities throughout her career. In her leadership experience she has overseen daily operations and functions of employee health services as well as overseen and delegated OSHA record keeping, health records and data management.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York . She is a certified medical surgical registered nurse and an ACHC certified consultant.
